Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Scott@menswearblueprint.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request.”

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund.

​

• Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a partial refund not exceeding 50 percent of the appointment request.

​

• Failure to attend an appointment without cancellation notice will be considered a no-show and subject to the terms outlined in the Menswear Blueprint Refund Policy.

• Rescheduling requests must also be submitted at least 24 hours before the appointment. Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will be treated as cancellations and will not qualify for a refund.

• Menswear Blueprint reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund.

This policy is final and applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
