Refund Policy

What to include in the Refund Policy

  • Refunds will not be issued for appointments that have been completed or fulfilled.

  • To qualify for a refund, cancellations must be submitted within the cancellation window stated in the Menswear Blueprint Cancellation Policy. Cancellations outside of this window are not eligible for refund.

  • Customers who do not arrive within 10 minutes after the start of the scheduled appointment time, without prior cancellation, will be considered a no-show and forfeit their right to a refund.

  • Menswear Blueprint reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue a rescheduled appointment, partial refund, or full refund only when a valid reason (such as unavoidable technical issue, illness, or other related emergencies) is provided. Notice must be given within 7 days of the missed appointment to be considered. If no notice is given, the customer forfeits the right to a refund, and any new appointment must be booked at full listed price.

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Scott@menswearblueprint.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” Requests must include the appointment details and supporting information for review.

This policy is final and applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
